Working from home? Join our group yoga and functional movement classes - online!
It is so easy to sit down at 9 am, blink, and realize it’s 5 pm and you haven’t moved from your home office chair. All online classes will take place on Zoom. If you are registered for the class, you will have access to the class recording for 7 days. Can’t make it to class but still want the recording? Sign up for the class anyway. After the class is over, you will find the link by clicking on the class in Momoyoga.
