In this 30-minute yoga and functional movement class, we are focused on back health. We will be opening up the front line of the body, strengthening the spinal extensors, and improving the flexibility and mobility of our spine with a series of backbends.
Please note: this video is a nourishing beginner. However, as the class goes on, we will ramp up in intensity, with the final pose being a full backbend. Find YOUR limit and hang out there. There is no need to push yourself into the final pose if you are not ready! Be sweet to yourself.
