Yoga Class | Balanced Body (Nourishing Beginner) | 30-min | Yoga and Functional Movement

Today we worked on:

+balance

+opening the shoulders

+decompressing the spine

+strengthening the shoulders and arms in down dog

+showed our hands and wrists some love

+spinal extension and rotation in reading pose & favorite twist

While this class is simple enough for beginners, if you are new to these postures, it can feel VERY sensational! Please be sweet to yourself, ease off the poses, come out early. Know that this is what having a healthy body feels like... It won't happen overnight, but if you continue at it little by little, you will feel dramatically different next year! :) Excited for you to join me on this ever-evolving online journey!
