In this 30-minute yoga and functional movement class, we will play with balance, as well as stretching and strengthening the legs.
Please note: this video is a saucy intermediate. Find YOUR limit and hang out there. There is no need to push yourself into the final pose if you are not ready! Be sweet to yourself.
